Why do you wish to join Vitare?

I read Vitare's wowprogress bio and honestly, it's been a long time since I've been in a guild where I felt it would be the "last guild you’ll ever have to join". My best experiences on WoW where those which I was able to spend with an awesome group of people that accepted me for who I am and able to share my real-life world with. I am the kind of person that wants to develop a long term relationship with a guild and wants to be cared about by the people in it. I typically do well in game when I feel supported and see others do well when i can do everything to support them. Cliques are probably the one thing in this game which I don't really like, but are somewhat inevitable. However, this guild appears to resonate with community values that I desire, and hopefully prevents negativity and cliques from occuring.

Further, I want to raid and play with a group of people that want to talk about life in general, I love discussion about the real-world including politics and science. It seems to me that Vitare might be the place that can offer this.

No

Previous Guilds/Current Guild (include duration and reason for leaving/desire to leave):

Divergent - Barthilas - Legion: The best guild I've ever been in, fell apart towards the end of Tomb of Sarg. In this guild I was able to form incredible friendships that I have till this day, the RL was someone I was able to confide in and a lot of the players continue to be great friends of mine on WoW. I am quite nostalgiac about it but I accept that I might not be able to have the same experience as this again, but hope that I can build something like this with another guild in the near future.

Celestial - Barthilas - BfA: A guild I started alongside a newfound friend. I was able to attend the BfA launch party in Sydney with this person and had a fantastic time. I developed quite a good relationship with them but unfortunately they were suffering mental health issues and the guild began to fall apart. Due to heavy university commitments at that time, I was forced to discontinue playing and take a break from the game.

I decided to return to the game a few months into Nya'Lotha
Despite having no current experience, I was able to gear quickly and show that I have what it takes to do cutting edge content. I moved through a few guilds, some dying because of a lack of players and some were just outright toxic.

Incendium - Nagrand - BfA: The first somewhat decent guild I found upon returning. Here I was able to prog with them to 11/12M and, without a doubt, was their strongest raid healer. The people were very nice there, but in regards to the healing team, extremely weak. The GM refused to address my concerns about the healers, despite them grey parsing most if not all farm and prog. I decided to leave at this point.

Sanctum - Frostmourne - BfA: I'm currently trialing here and doing quite well in terms of my own strength as a healer. However, the overall environment of the guild is quite poor. Majority of the players only play in their own cliques and all discussion in raid time, and outside of it, is purely focused on the game due to their heavy M+ involvement. I suppose the guild isn't overly bad and I have no problems with any of the players myself. I just don't see myself being able to form the relationships that I want to form with people here unfortunately.

Please detail your relevant Mythic raiding experience including BFA and prior expansions:

During Legion I was able to achieve CE in EN, NH & ToV. My best achievement would be rank 62 world EN, with both holy and ret parses.

After a decent run in ToS (7/9M) the guilds started dropping and I decided to take a break till BfA.

I am currently 11/12M in Nya, with the hopes to finish CE and continue CE content in SL.

Do you come prepared with raid consumables?

Yes
